Our policy lasts 30 days from date of invoice. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which is valid for 30 days of issue date and can be obtained by emailing us. RMA numbers must be displayed clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
Do not write on or mark the product box itself or use the product box as a shipping box as doing so is considered defacing the product rendering it unsellable and the return will be refused.
Returns received without a valid RMA number risk being refused, or if accepted, will incur a 20% restocking fee. After the 30 day return period, the customer must contact the product manufacturer for warranty replacement and/or repair.
All returns must be in original packaging and include all accessories from the original shipment (i.e. manuals, warranties, security seals, etc.). Incomplete returns risk being refused, or if accepted, will incur a 50% restocking fee.
All returned products are inspected and can take 3 to 5 business days to be processed and refunded. A refund confirmation will be sent to the customer via email.
If a customer or shipping addressee receives a package damaged in transit; they must report the damaged shipment to us within 48 hours of delivery. A claim will be filed with the shipping carrier. All shipping cartons, inner packing and contents should be retained in the same condition received and held for inspection by the carrier.
Replacement orders and shipping charges must be paid by the customer. A full refund will be issued to the customer upon receipt of carrier’s refund. Shipping addressee must inspect orders shipped via freight truck line for shipping damages prior to accepting delivery.
Non-defective products are eligible for return, up to 30 days from invoice date, unless otherwise noted. A refund valued at the original invoice price, less original shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee upon receipt of return, the customer is responsible for shipping non-defective returns to distributor.
Defective products may be returned to within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise noted. Please note, not all returned products are actually defective once tested. If it is determined the product is not defective, the customer may incur a 20% restocking fee for non-defective returns. Therefore, customers should make every reasonable effort to troubleshoot any potential problems.
After the 30 day return period, the customer must contact the product manufacturer for warranty replacement and/or repair.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
